1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aitoken.sbs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

aitoken.sbs provides an AI API relay service that enables access to various large language models (LLMs) through a unified, OpenAI-compatible API interface. We act as an intermediary between you and the upstream model providers.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share them.
• One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Payments and Tokens

• All payments are made in USDT (TRC20) on the TRON blockchain.
• Tokens are non-refundable after purchase.
• There is no minimum spend requirement.
• Free daily tokens (20) are provided for testing and evaluation purposes. This limit may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Engage in automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks
• Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization
• Violate the terms of service of upstream model providers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by upstream providers, network issues, or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with at least 7 days notice for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
